My 14th Birthday Party? Ideas for Party and Gift Bags? - casino party gifts

I celebrated my fourteenth birthday, with a total of twenty boys and girls. It will probably rain for what should be in there. There must also be low cost (the ideas for gift bags, too). I have to convince my parents, and I do not know what to say. A few things I can do is: bowling (two more have already been eliminated), shops, cinemas, sleepover.
Please help!
I thought, or skating, or just a dinner. The food seems a little ... uh, well, and therefore to convince my parents.
I also read a festival of Casino Royale, somewhere, but seriously should convince the parents extra for them.
